Kristin Moye

Soprano — Mercer University

Kristin Moye graduated from Truett-McConnell College with an Associate of Arts and then transferred to Mercer University, where she not only received a Bachelor of Music in vocal performance, but she also earned her Master of Music in vocal performance. During her attendance at Mercer, she was given the opportunity to sing and travel to England, Prague, Germany, and the Czech Republic. The summer after graduating, she lived in ltaly and attended the Bel Canto Institute. The summer of 2013 she lived in Austria, where she sang the role of Madame Goldentrill. She has recently performed the role of Adina, from "The Elixir of Love," The Beggar Woman, from "Sweeney Todd" and the role of Pamina, from "The Magic Flute. She was also granted for the second time, to be a Berkshire Scholar in Massachusetts. She recently worked with Metropolitan Opera Baritone, Sherrill Milnes, in New York City with The Voice Experience. This March, she will be working with Mr. Milnesa nd his wife Maria Zouves on Suor Angelica in Savannah, Ga. She looks forward to her upcoming projects, namely, performing the role of Adele, in "Die Fledermaus" and Malwina in "Der Vampyr."
