Contact Form
When you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and is stored in our website’s internal message archive.
Scholarship Applications
When you apply for the Salzburg Mozarteum Scholarship, we collect your name, email address, phone number, school, instrument, the Mozart work you intend to perform, a link to a recording, and your application essay. This information is used by the Society’s scholarship committee to evaluate applications and is retained for our program records.
Donations and Membership
Donations and membership payments are processed through GiveWP and our payment processor. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers; that information is handled directly by our payment processor in accordance with its own privacy and security practices.
Comments
If you leave a comment on the site, we collect the data shown in the comment form, along with your IP address and browser user agent string, to help with spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it.
